Triathlon Swim Coaching

Open Water Swimming

Our Open Water Swimming program bridges the gap between pool competence and genuine ocean or dam confidence. We prepare you for Cape Town's iconic swims — the Robben Island Crossing, the Two Oceans Swim, Midmar Mile, and beyond — with pool-based conditioning sets, open-water simulation, and the mental strategies that separate finishers from those who almost started.

Masters Swimming
"Age is not a limit. It's a category."
Masters swimming is one of the few sports where getting older genuinely opens more doors. With a different age category for every five-year bracket, there are national records broken every season by swimmers over 60, 70, and 80. Our Masters program serves two groups equally well: competitive Masters swimmers chasing podiums and records at WCSOA and SA Masters Championships, and adult fitness swimmers who simply want the structure, community, and coaching excellence of a real squad — without the pressure of competition.

English Channel Coaching

The English Channel is 33.8 kilometres of cold, tidal, unforgiving water between England and France. Fewer people have crossed it than have summited Everest.
