About This Program
A gala is where months of training are distilled into seconds. Our competitive pathway takes Anax squad swimmers through the full Western Cape Aquatics season — CTA Junior League, Eden Series, WCA Championships, SSA Nationals, and beyond. We handle the logistics. You focus on racing. Coach Nadine guides every swimmer through event selection, qualifying targets, warm-up routines, and post-race analysis so that each gala becomes a stepping stone to the next.
